• Your flowers need to get into water as soon as possible.
• If your flowers are wrapped, carefully remove the wrapping over a sink or trash can.
• Trim the stems at an angle using clean, sharp scissors or a clean, sharp knife; this helps the flowers absorb water more easily.
• Remove any leaves that would be submerged below the waterline to help keep the water clean and fresh.
• Keep your vase approximately half full with fresh, clean water.
• Change the water regularly and keep the vase clean for the best results.

• Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and hot or dry environments.
• Flowers generally last longest when kept in cool, comfortable conditions.
• Avoid placing your arrangement near heat-producing appliances, air vents, or areas with strong drafts.

• As individual flowers begin to fade or wilt, gently remove them from the arrangement.
• Removing fading blooms helps keep the overall arrangement looking fresh, clean, and beautiful.

• Flower food provides nutrients and can help keep cut flowers fresh.
• When using commercial flower food, always follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
• If commercial flower food is unavailable, a simple homemade solution may be prepared using, for 1 quart (approximately 4 cups / 950 mL) of lukewarm water:
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon household bleach
  • 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
• Mix thoroughly before adding the solution to a clean vase.
• Always use a thoroughly cleaned vase and fresh water when preparing a flower-food solution.

The photos displayed on our website are for reference only. Since flowers are natural products, the actual arrangement may vary slightly in shape, size, color, and flower form. Rest assured, Blooms Point PH will do its best to closely replicate the arrangement shown.

Flowers may be delivered fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or in bud stage, depending on their natural blooming cycle and availability at the time of preparation.

The delivery time selected at checkout is an estimated delivery window and may vary depending on the delivery location, traffic conditions, weather, and the flowers or products selected.

In cases where a particular flower, color, or material is unavailable, Blooms Point PH may make suitable substitutions of equal or comparable value while maintaining the overall look, quality, and style of the arrangement. Substitutions may also be necessary due to regional availability or restrictions.

As each arrangement is handcrafted using fresh flowers, no two arrangements will be exactly alike. These natural variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of every Blooms Point PH creation.
