Orders & delivery

When it can arrive, and how it gets there

Metro Manila by our own riders, the provinces by courier, and a calendar that only offers you the windows we can still make.

Where we deliver

Our riders cover the whole of Metro Manila: Quezon City, Manila, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Marikina, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas and Pateros.

Beyond Metro Manila we send by courier. Provincial delivery is never same-day, and it suits some gifts far better than others — preserved and dried arrangements, gourmet boxes, chocolates and balloons travel well; a hand-tied bouquet of fresh roses spends a day in transit and arrives having used a day of its life. If you are sending fresh flowers to a province, tell us the town in the delivery notes and we will say honestly whether it is a good idea.

Delivery is charged per order and is shown before you confirm. There is no free-delivery threshold — we would rather price it plainly than build it into the flowers.

Windows and cut-off times

Choose a window at checkout. Each named one closes an hour before it opens, because the van is loaded before it leaves the studio.

  • Morning — 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN. Orders close at 8 AM.
  • Afternoon — 12:00 NN to 3:00 PM. Orders close at 11 AM.
  • Evening — 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Orders close at 2 PM.
  • Any time — 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Orders close at 2 PM.

Any time is the slot for somebody who wants it there today and does not mind when, which is why it commits to the least and keeps the latest cut-off.

We run these windows every day of the week, Sundays and public holidays included. Traffic is the one thing we cannot legislate for: on a Friday payday, on the first of the month, or the week before All Saints', a rider can be inside the window and still be an hour later than they wanted to be.

Same-day delivery

Same-day is decided per arrangement, not shop-wide. Every product page states whether it is same-day eligible and how many hours it needs to be prepared. A hand-tied bouquet can be built in a few hours; a hundred-rose dome, a preserved box or a fruit basket cannot, and the page says so before you add it.

A cart takes the strictest item in it. Add a same-day bouquet and a preserved arrangement that needs two days, and the whole order moves to the later date — one delivery, arriving together, rather than two riders and two surprises.

The checkout calendar does this arithmetic for you. A window it greys out is one we genuinely cannot make, with the reason written underneath.

Booking ahead

The picker at checkout offers the next fourteen days, which covers almost every birthday, monthsary and anniversary anyone books in advance.

We hold the calendar sixty days out. For a date beyond the fourteen, choose the latest day the picker offers and write the real one in the delivery notes — we will move the order and confirm it back to you. For Valentine's week, Mother's Day and All Saints' we ask for as much notice as you can give: those are the four days a year when the market runs out of stems, not the shop.

On the day

The rider calls the number on the order as they get close. Give us the recipient's number rather than yours if the delivery is a surprise you want kept — we will not say who it is from before they open the card.

If the recipient is not there we look for somebody who can take it: a guard, a receptionist, a neighbour, a family member. We tell you who signed for it. If there is genuinely nobody, the flowers come back to the studio, go into cool water, and we agree a second attempt with you rather than leaving them at a gate.

Addresses in Metro Manila are hard, so the delivery notes field is not decoration — “green gate beside the sari-sari store”, “leave with the guard at Tower 2”, “call before you ring the bell” are the three sentences that most often save a delivery.

You can follow an order at any time from the tracking page with the order number and the email address on the order. The person receiving the flowers does not need an account, and neither do you.
