Where the heart starts blooming

Fresh flowers arrive every morning, each arrangement is designed by hand in our shop, and a rider carries it to your recipient's door.

How a Day Runs at Blooms Point

Every day begins with carefully selected fresh flowers arriving from our trusted suppliers. Our team checks each bloom for freshness and quality before preparing it for arrangement.

  1. Fresh Flowers Arrive

    Our flowers are received early and carefully inspected to ensure they are fresh, vibrant, and ready for arranging.

  2. Every Order Is Reviewed

    We confirm the customer’s chosen design, preferred colors, message, delivery details, and any special requests.

  3. Designed by Hand

    Our skilled florists thoughtfully create each bouquet and gift arrangement, paying close attention to balance, color, and presentation.

  4. Carefully Checked

    Before leaving the shop, every order undergoes a final quality check to ensure the flowers, wrapping, card, and additional gifts are complete.

  5. Prepared for Delivery

    The arrangement is securely packed and assigned to a rider for safe and timely delivery.

  6. Delivered with Care

    From our shop to your recipient’s doorstep, we make sure every Blooms Point arrangement arrives beautifully—ready to make someone’s day bloom.

What we will not do

Some of this shop is defined by what it refuses, and it is fairer to say so on the About page than to leave you to find out.

  • We do not promise a delivery the calendar cannot make. If the cut-off has passed, the slot is greyed out rather than quietly moved to tomorrow.
  • We do not put a discount, a countdown or a “shop now” anywhere near the sympathy flowers. Somebody arrives at that page on the worst week of their year.
  • We do not photograph one bouquet and send another. Where a stem has to change we say so before you pay, and the size, the colour and the value stay where they were.
  • We do not send the recipient the price. The delivery note leaves it off unless you ask us to include it.
